Description
Designed in collaboration with pastry chef Carmine Di Donna, Truffle Eclair 75 mould, is designed for the creation of a refined plated dessert or a surprising single portion to be decorated. Supplied with a functional plastic cutter that allows to create original decorations and support bases.
