SELMI Truffle Covering Attachment

Designed for coating truffles, this easy-to-use two section coating attachment incorporates a dual curtain chocolate distributor together with a mechanical vibration system to help remove excess chocolate.

The SELMI Truffle Coating Attachment is also supplied with a rotating table to collect freshly coated truffles and dust them with cocoa podwr, freeze dried fruit powder etc.
