SELMI Spray System for SELMI COMFIT and MAXI COMFIT

Special chocolate spray system designed for use only with SELMI COMFIT and MAXI COMFIT panning machines.

The SELMI Spray System operates using low voltage heating and is entirely constructed from aluminium specially coated for contact with foodstuffs. The system is mounted on a mobile stainless steel trolley and must be connected to a supply of compressed air (see below).

Features:

Automatic system designed to spray melted (not tempered) chocolate into SELMI COMFIT & MAXI COMFIT panning machines.

Must be connect to a source of compressed air that offers 300 litres per minute at a minimum of 6 bar and filtered for oil & water.
