SELMI RS200 Enrobing Attachment

With its space saving cantilever design, the SELMI RS200 Enrobing Attachment can be quickly & easily wheeled into position and connected to the tempering machine. When not required, simply disconnect, tilt upright and wheel out of the way.

The RS200 consists of three sections - the Loading Zone, the Coating Zone and the Take Off Zone.

The Loading Zone can be operated independently to allow the product being coated to be positioned accurately.

The Coating Zone incorporates mechanical vibration which is designed to help to give the product a uniform coating and also has a height adjustable air blower with a food-grade filter to blow off excess chocolate.

The Take Off Zone feeds the finished products onto one-sided food grade glazed paper. To minimise wasted space and materials, the paper can be set in motion or stopped using a mechanical control lever.

The RS200 also features double tail cutting rollers - the first located at the end of the coating zone and the second between the Loading Zone and the Coating Zone.These improve the distribution of the chocolate on the base of the product.

The distance between the tail cutting roller and the belt transporting the coated product can be adjusted to enable full coating of products down to 10mm in size as well as products with spherical or irregular shapes.

The speed of each of the three sections is electronically controlled via an easy-to-use control panel which also allows you to adjust the speed and operation of the blower. Furthermore, settings can be memorised if required.
