The SELMI PLUS EX is a versatile continuous tempering machine that is suitable for working with the following SELMI attachments - SELMI RS200 & R200 LEGEND Enrobing attachments, SELMI Truffle Coating attachments, and SELMI Injection Head.

Incorporates a low voltage heated vibrating table together with a volumetric dosing facility and foot pedal to control the flow of chocolate.

Features removable Archimedean screw for fast change between chocolate types or colours - can also use small inclusions up to 5mm.
