SELMI Injection Head

The SELMI Injection Head is designed to improve productivity especially when moulding bars. The head itself comprises two parts - the top which incorporates a speedy fit attachment for fast connection to the tempering machines and a special custom base plate with nozzles that are positioned to line up with cavities on the moulds being used.

The Injection Head also comes with an internal dosage control grille as well as two thermoregulated low voltage heating elements.

Also provided are a set of mould locating guides that fit onto the heated vibrating table to ensure that the mould being used is located in exactly the correct position.

Compatible with SELMI LEGEND, SELMI PLUS EX, SELMI FUTURA EX and SELMI TOP EX.

Custom base plates can be manufactured to accommodate the layout of most standard chocolate moulds measuring up to 275mm x 175mm. To use a mould with a different format, you simply need to change the base plate.
