level continuous tempering machine that offers fast melting and tempering of
chocolate.
Incorporates a heated vibrating table together with a volumetric dosing facility and foot pedal to control the flow of chocolate.
Features removable Archimedean screw for fast change between chocolate types or colours - can also use small inclusions up to 5mm.
