    Developed in cooperation with World Pastry Champion Emmanuele Forcone, Pavoni Seasons is the new range of vegan friendly, vegetable concentrate based cocoa butter colours for spraying or brushing on moulds, acetates or guitar sheets. Can also be used for colouring glazes or for creating a velvet effect on frozen desserts.
