    Used by Stéphane Klein, the undisputed master of artistic sugar, our "Intense" range of powdered food colouring is particularly appreciated for colouring pulled, blown or cast sugar. Ideal for the creation of artistic pieces with brilliant colours.

    Highly concentrated, just one tip of a knife of food colouring powder is enough to colour 1L of preparation! 

    Composition: E104, E131, sodium chloride.

    Use: Dilute beforehand in water or incorporate directly into the preparation.
