    This food grade silicone frame let you make all possible shapes. Flexible, shape the frame according to your wishes and place it on a flat surface to pour your sugar. You can also use it for pouring chocolate.

    With this mould for cast sugar, you can make all possible pieces, in sugar or chocolate, for contests or buffet decoration.

    Pour your cooked sugar into the shape set up on a flat surface. Let cool before unmoulding. The principle is the same with chocolate. For cast sugar pieces, we advise you to use Isomalt and water - soluble colorants.
