Pastry Academy Cooling Spray for rapid cooling during chocolate or sugar work.
Ready to use. Shake well before use. Spray from a distance of 25/30cm maintaining the can as vertical as possible.
Store in a cool & dry place at a temperature not exceeding 35° celcius.
Ingredients: Propellent (943a N-Butane, E944 Propane, E943b Iso-Butane).
