    The Pavoni Chittarra guitar cutter can cut soft chocolate, ganache, pralines, mousse, sponge cakes and soft products. Designed for professional use, the Pavoni Chitarra features an anodised aluminium base and AISI 304 stainless steel frames. 

    Includes 3 cutting frames (22.5mm, 30mm & 37.5mm)
