SOSA Sodium Clorur is a highly water soluble calcium salt which combined with SOSA Sodium Alginat causes a reaction know as spherification.
It is an ideal reactant because of its high water solubility. Use in a water bath for carrying out direct spherification. After taking out of the bath - wash in water. If too much Clorur is used you will detect a taste.
