SOSA Gelbinder (500g)

SOSA Gelbinder is a heat resistant, totally irreversible gel. A mixture of alginate, calcium & retardant, it binds together both protien rich food and vegetarian items. It can be fried, baked or grilled and can be used with both hot and cold dishes. Used as a Vegetarian sticking agent that is heat resistant. Bear in mind that the surface area of the items being combined need to be small pieces.
