SOSA Vegetable Setting Powder is a Vegetarian alternative to gelatine made from carrageen and carob bean gum.
Transparent and elastic gelatine.
Use in any kind of liquid with a water content of higher than 80%.
It is stirred into cold then bring to the boil.
once set its heat resistant to 65°C.
The ideal pH setting is 4 pH - this can be tested and regulated with the SOSA pH Kit
