SOSA Ultratex 3 (400g)

SOSA Ultratex 3 is modified Tapioca starch that can be used a texturizing and cold thickener. Simply add to liquid and shake well. You can also dry the resulting mixtire to make crispy thin sheets. Use for all kinds of sauces, purées, toppings and confectionery elaborations.
