SOSA Kappa Gum (600g)

SOSA Kappa Gum is a gelling agent consisting of Carrageen, which is derived from algae. Suitable for any kind of liquid application. To use pour the powder mixed with the rest of the solids over the warm liquid and bring to the boil. It is insoluble in cold water, freely soluble in hot water and organic solvents or vegetable oils. Use as a thickener, stabiliser or gelling agent.
