How to use the mould:
1) Fill half a shell using a pastry bag.
2) Close and properly position the other half of the mould.
3) Rotate the mould repeatedly until the chocolate has adhered to the walls in a uniform manner.
4) Once the chocolate has crystallised, release the subject from the mould by delicately opening the two shells.
