    Process:

    • Download our Custom Plaque Price List & fill out the form below outlining your requirements.
    • We will send you an informal quotation & produce a visual proof for your approval
    • Once approval is received we will provide a formal quotation. For custom orders, full payment is required before the order is placed with our supplier.
    • Once payment is received the order will be placed. Delivery takes 2-3 weeks from this date.


    • *Artwork cost : One colour - £75 + VAT | Two colour - £150 + VAT

    • Please select only 1 or 2 colours (dependent on your selection above) based on whether you are requesting Dark or White Chocolate Plaques.
